Strategic Communications Solutions

Strategic Communications Solutions was established by Peter Turkington and Colin Reade. Peter and Colin both have experience in business management, strategic planning, and generating innovative solutions.

Peter Turkington
	Peter Turkington holds an honours business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he mastered the areas of operations management, finance, and marketing. Additionally, Peter has completed his certification in public relations. Peter has performed public relations services for many community groups and volunteer organizations. He has also published two economic surveys for the Regional Municipality of Halton; worked in corporate training for Tim Hortons head office; acted as communications coordinator for Waste Management of Canada; and been a communications consultant to World Vision Canada.

Colin Reade
	Colin Reade holds a bachelors degree and has twenty-three years of business management experience working in both the public and not-for-profit sectors. He has managed a digital printing company and four not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Colin has held the positions of Director of Sales and Marketing, teacher, chairperson of several boards, and is an ordained minister with fifteen years of writing and public speaking experience. Colin is also a professor with the public relations/corporate communication faculties at Seneca College and Ryerson Polytechnic University, where he teaches speech writing and presentation skills, writing for public relations and seminar/event planning.
